This hotel is situated in a very nice place, nestled between beautiful big mountains. Its location is perfect, within walking distance of the center. The staff are really pleasant and provide warm hospitality. The rooms are renovated and have wooden furniture, giving them a cozy mountain feel. I particularly loved the rooms with a mountain view, as they come with a balcony where you can enjoy the stunning scenery. The breakfast provided was also satisfying, with a good variety of options.

Our experience at this hotel during Easter was not great. The room was very cold and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep well. Additionally, there was a bad smell from the toilet that made our stay unpleasant. To make matters worse, the reception staff was very unfriendly and not helpful when we told them about our issues. we were quite disappointed with our stay and would not recommend this hotel.
